The theme of Latvia's 2026 2-euro commemorative coin has been announced: "Christmas Market Tradition". The obverse will feature the Christmas market design alongside the country name "LATVIJA" and the issue year "2025". The outer ring bears the twelve stars of the European flag. Total mintage is expected to remain at 413,000 pieces, including 13,000 BU coincards.
