The 2022 vintage is one of the largest ever, with 50 2-euro coins in total (49 commemorative, 1 circulation). The year is defined by the biggest joint issue to date: 19 countries jointly mark "35 years of the Erasmus programme", from Germany and France to the Baltic states and Cyprus.
