The Portuguese INCM has issued Portugal's first 2025 2-euro commemorative coin. The theme is "World Scout and Youth Movements". The obverse features a central fleur-de-lis, the most universal symbol of Scouting. Along the upper rim, the commemorative motto "SEMPRE ALBERTA * SEMPRE PRONTO" is shown; the designer's name "PEDRO CARVALLHO" appears on the left; the mint inscription "CASA DA MOEDA" runs along the right rim; and the country name "PORTUGAL" and the year "2025" appear along the lower rim. The outer ring bears the twelve stars of the European flag. Designed by Pedro Carvallho, the coin has a total mintage of 515,000 pieces, including 7,500 BU coincards and 7,500 proof folders.
