For twenty years, the Roude Léiw civil flag has stood as a proud symbol of Luxembourgish identity and history. The red lion on a white-and-blue field represents not only the country's traditions but also the cohesion and diversity of Luxembourgish society. Since its introduction in 2004, the civil flag has become a fixture of public life and an expression of national consciousness.
