The themes of Lithuania's 2026 2-euro commemorative coins were announced today.
The theme of the first coin is: "Lithuania's Energy Independence." The obverse will feature, alongside the design, the issuing country "LIETUVA" and the year "2026." The outer ring bears the twelve stars of the European flag. The coin is expected to be issued in 2026 with a mintage of approximately 1 million pieces, including 10,000 in a BU coincard.
